So I’m totally in love with the new shadows from Clinique, the lid pops. The shadows come in a vibrant array of colors. The texture is so velvetty and creamy! It just glides on. The color is totally buildable, sheer, so you can really pack it on, like I like to do, heheh. The lid pops stay on all day. You can apply the product with an eyeshadow brush or ring finger. The packaging/case is adorable; very cute flower design, comfortable to handle and bigger than the regular pot so you get more bang for your buck. Cost is $17. Get those lids poppin! Clinique is known for their awesome skin care lines. The brand has greatly expanded over the decades and their make-up has gotten some pretty outstanding reviews. One of my favorite products of the Chubby line is the Chubby cheek balm, this item does not dissapoint! The staying power of this blush is strong, it lasts all day, no fading. Got oily skin?, no problem. The variety of colors is generous and pigmentation strong. The formula is comfortable to wear, blendable and buildable. I think I’ve covered everything right!? Oh, price..$22..worth it, it’ll last you a while! Have a great week.

Happy Sunday everyone!

Usually lip paints or liquid lipsticks tend to dry out lips after a few seconds of applying them.  Not sure what Tarte has done differently but their new Tarteist Lip Paints are amazing!  They DO NOT dry out your lips.  The formula is buttery but at the same time, gives you that matte finish.  The color I have is Namaste and it is a beautiful nude with a pink undertone, very wearble on different skin tones. Check it out ladies, I highly recommend them. 😉

So you might have heard about this little gem that is the L.A. girl concealer. It is the only concealer that does not crease on me, no lines whatsover. The consistency is mildy thick, creamy and so easy to blend. I found the concealer to be also hydrating and very comfortable to wear. The tube it comes in is great for traveling, and the applicator is ok. I find it easier to apply a dab on the back of my hand and take from there what I need, applying it with a brush or ring finger. The price is insane…$2.99…I know, AMAZING. It’s not sold in many places, I found it at Ricky’s NYC. I know this item will forever stay in my make-up bag for sure! Have a great Sunday.

Good Morning!  

I can’t get over this primer!  It is infused with coconut water which keeps your skin hydrated.  I have oily-combination skin and it is perfect for me.  I have noticed that it doesn’t make me as oily as i would normally get in my t-zone.  The product is silicone free(great for those with sensitive skin) and it is absorbed in the skin quickly.  Another thing I love about it, is that it is very lightweight and you can wear it by it self if desired.  If you don’t want to invest, it is $32 in stores, you can get a sample from Sephora. I highly recommend it!

Smashbox has been coming out with some exciting products that I can’t wait to get my hands on, I did get a hold of this though: primer water.

I’ve been using this primer for over a month now and no complaints. My foundation application is so much smoother and my skin gets that extra boost of hydration with out the tightness. It really helps me with my dry patches when my skin is acting up, so if your skin is on the dry side, this is a good one to get. The primer water is also used to set the make-up. I like the way it sets, diffuses the little imperfections. 

Silicone, alcohol, and oil free is another beautiful thing about this primer. You can find it at any major beauty store: Sephora, Ulta. Smashbox provides two sizes for our convenience :). Stay safe!

Happy Monday!

So I’m obsessed with my first Morphe brush, the flat contour brush. The handle is a great fit for the hand, not too heavy. The bristles are very soft, dense and there is minimal shedding if any. The brush blends to perfection! I use it for both contouring and highlighting. It’s decently priced, which I love! The Morphe hype is real; great quality at low cost. I will be purchasing more brushes from this company in the future. The great thing also is that I found Morphe brushes at a local beauty store!! (Ricky’s NYC). Take care!

What a gorgeous day!

Over our birthday weekend we went on a little trip to Sephora, where I got this marvel as a birthday gift . I was so excited! 💫

 

Nars sure knows how to deliver a product. This concealer has been talked about so much and with good reason! I absolutely love it. The packaging alone is beautiful. Concealer does its job very well, covers imperfections and brightens the undereye unlike any other. The texture is creamy and settles seamlessly, no dry patches. As far as creasing: very little, just set with powder. Also, the concealer is paraben-free, alcohol-free, and fragrance-free. The price is a bit high of course, $29, but I think it’s worth it.  I’m so glad I have this product. Go try it out!! 💋

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. 

The fit me foundation is quite good you guys. First off, love the packaging,  feels high end🙈. 

 

The foundation is just the right amount of thickness, not too thin or thick. The coverage is moderate to medium. Color matching is easy and if you choose the right color,  it looks flawless! It’s my current favorite. If you have oily skin,  prime it before use! The foundation does stay on all day. Oh and I love that it has spf!  I’m a fan!
