I love this brand, SheaMoisture; it saved my hair. I was happy to learn that besides hair and skin care products, they also produce cosmetics. Youtube’s KathleenLights used this blue eyepencil in one of her tutorials and I had to have it!! It is such a vibrant, gorgeous color, the make-up possibilities are endless. The texture is smooth and it lasted the whole day when worn, it did not smudge or run, I was very impressed. I touched up once, which was also very impressive.
